Dear Applicant,

Please provide the below information so we can contact you to determine your eligibility. Once requests are determined, we will move forward for you to become a volunteer for Savannah Smiles Foundation.  Because we service the children of our community, we are being very selective in scheduling events and following CDC guidelines for social distancing and safety.
